On June 12, 2009 the evil Ex-Wife showed up at our home and started alot of crap.
(How it all came about)
Faith and Mikey came here for the summer as the divorce papers state. She is not allowed at our home (and visa versa) It simply states in the divorce papers, all exchange of the children will be held at the Fayette County Sheriffs Department for the reasons I am fixing to explain.
As most of us know, She is very very controlling and is only out to hurt Mike and the kids. She does not like the fact that the judge granted the kids to be here all summer, she claims 12 weeks out of 52 weeks in a year is more then enough visitation for him. Anyways...
On Friday June 12 (which was NOT her weekend) she kept calling our house over and over again. Talked to the kids like 5 times, which is more then what she allows Mike in a months time. Took some things that Faith had said to her in a conversation and twisted them to hell and back, got Faith all upset and crying as Faith was trying to correct her on the 'truth'. After Mike made Faith hang up the phone she kept calling back and calling back, non-stop. the last time she called, she informed us that she was coming to see the kids and if Mike did not allow it her husband would kick Mikes ass. (Whoa, Not good, phone threats are now starting, again)
So an hour has gone by and we have thought nothing more about the calls, until the evil woman pulls into the driveway. (Violation #1) I politley opened the front door and told her she was not allowed here she was trespassing and I will call the cops and have her aressted. She pushed past me and walked right up my front steps to enter MY home. (So help me Jesus, If she wasn't preggo I would have pushed her ass off the porch) (Violation # 2) Mike then came to the door and said that they had until he got his shoes on to get off the prpoerty or they would both be sitting in jail. Needless to say they didn't leave and they got Faith all hystaerical and crying. Faith begging her to leave as she knows she is not allowed there.
Well, Mike comes outside with a bat as I am on the phone with the police. (Remember, there was a threat made prior to them arriving) He then over and over told them to leave that they were not welcome here and that they were trespassing, they refused to leave. Her goofball husband went to get out of the car to make idle on his threat I am assuming and Mike hit the side of the car door with the bat, still telling them they are trespassing and needed to leave.
Finally after 10 minutes they pull off our property and park in the street to waot for the cops. (Come to find out, it was stupid on our part to make them get off as they would have went to jail that day) So, the cops pull up and do there business and inform everyone that we can go to the Police Department and file warrants on Monday morning but most likly all that will happen is the judge will throw it out and all 3 parties will be subject to court costs. they leave and we go on with our weekend.
Over the weekend Mike decided he would not persue charges as it was pointless anyways. Monday afternoon he is coming back from the grocery store with AJ and is pulled over, Low and behold the bitch filed 2 warrants for him. Harrassment and Criminal Mischief (Ok, HOW in the hell do you get HARASSMENT charges on your OWN property, I will never understand this) Anyways, so he is arrested and taken to jail, I go bond him out yadda yadda.. We then decide to can go for this and we put a warrant out on her and her husband for Tresspassing and Harrasment and they were arrested that Thursday.
SooOoOooOoo we go to family court AGAIN on July 16, 2009 and it came out that she so called recorded everything that happened. So the judge allowed her to play the tape (Which was only 8 minutes long) When we heard the tape, we couldnt help buy laugh. The ONLY thing you can hear on the tape is Mike, Faith crying and myself. When her or her husband said anything it was bleeped out. You can so tell the tape was edited. The first 2 minutes of the recording is a long Beeeeeeeeep. (Thats when she was making her threats and such, but of course bleeped it to make her look good) All I can say is THANK GOD for 911 tapes, I stayed on the phone with the 911 operator the WHOLE time, until the police pulled up. So, as we go to court tomorrow...her tape verses the 911 tape.. I so can't wait for her to finally be seen as the liar that she is.
So we will see what will happen and all that good junk. Even though Mike never denied hitting the car with the bat, there is no proff that the dent came from him. As the police took no pictures. I could have easily went home and hit the car all over with a bat and say Mike did it. Hell there was never even a police report made. LoL.
I will update tomorrow after court. Jeepers, maybe one day we won't have to call the court room our second home
